This includes our regulated MANTRA Finance suite (DEX and Vaults) and our permissionless ecosystem products (MANTRA Zone, MANTRA Scan, and public utilities).</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">This is a senior leadership role with direct accountability for execution, quality, and velocity across multiple engineering squads. The role reports directly to the CTO.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(248, 98, 176); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Lead the engineering teams responsible for all MANTRA-built dApps across regulated and permissionless product lines.</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Establish strong engineering processes, standards, code quality expectations, and SDLC discipline across all squads.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Manage and mentor front-end engineers, Solidity engineers, and full-stack developers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Work with Product to translate roadmap items into well-defined engineering execution plans with clear milestones.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Review and guide Solidity smart contract architecture for DEX, vaults, and related systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Ensure high-quality, secure, audited smart contract delivery.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Coordinate with backend, indexing, and subgraph teams to ensure seamless integration with chain data and infrastructure.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Build, scale, and manage multiple engineering squads internally and via external partners.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Implement best practices for automated testing, CI/CD, security, and monitoring across all dApps.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Work closely with the CTO on long-term architecture, technical strategy, and team scaling.<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(248, 98, 176); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in blockchain or Web3.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Strong leadership experience managing engineering teams or multi-squad structures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Deep dApp development experience spanning UX, front-end frameworks, smart contracts, and integrations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Proven Solidity experience with deployed contracts in production.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Experience building or maintaining a DEX is a strong plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Experience with on-chain or off-chain Vault frameworks is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Experience with regulated financial products is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Ability to operate in high-velocity environments with tight execution expectations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Strong alignment with security, testing, and reliability best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\">Comfortable working with distributed teams across time zones.</span></li>\n</ul>",
