The responsibilities of this job include developing, planning, scheduling, overseeing and leading wellness activities and programs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Skills & Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<p>Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science is required.</p>\n<p> Two (2) years of wellness program coordination experience or related experience is required.</p>\n<p>Group and/or health fitness instructor preferred.</p>\n<p>CPR certification required or obtained withing the first 30 days of hire</p>\n<p>First Aid education required or completed within the first 30 days of hire. </p>\n<h2>Immanuel</h2>\n<p><strong><em>At Immanuel, we believe that our success is built on the collective strength of our people.
