Description

Job Title: Alternate Program Manager location : Remote / Nationwide Program Support Job Type : Full-Time Responsibilities : Support the Program Manager in daily EFMP Respite Care program operations. Serve as acting Program Manager when required. Assist with staffing oversight, provider compliance, reporting, and quality control. Coordinate with Regional Coordinators, respite care providers, families, and Government representatives. Help monitor service delivery, provider performance, and case coordination. Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of qualified Level III and Level IV respite care providers. Ensure documentation, personnel files, certifications, and background checks are complete before services begin. Assist with resolving operational issues and maintaining continuity of care. Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in a related healthcare or social service field. Minimum 5 years of management experience in healthcare or social services. At least 3 years of experience supporting military families or similar populations. Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to support nationwide service operations.
