In this role, you will lead the implementation of new processes, ensure compliance with GMP and SQF standards, and drive productivity, quality, and cost optimization. You will also support continuous improvement, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and help deliver safe, high-quality products that meet customer expectations while aligning with Sensient’s business goals of service, quality, cost, and safety.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><strong><u>What you’ll do:</u></strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Further develop Amboy’s KPIs and key process parameters to effectively monitor and measure the performance of the process and use these measures to drive improvement. The focus will be on throughput, identifying and eliminating bottlenecks, minimizing downtime, improving turnaround times, and adjusting process parameters.&nbsp;There will be yearly savings and productivity targets set.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Identify other cost reductions and resource efficiency opportunities.&nbsp; Own the development of these ideas and monitoring of these for the site.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Supports capital project planning by providing input to capital plans and prioritization &amp; giving inputs that support the business cases.
