further education in healthcare is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain a Medication Management Certification (or willing to obtain one)</span></li>\n<li><span>Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or in a similar role preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span>Prior experience working with geriatric, disabled, or long-term care patient populations, preferred.</span></li>\n<li>Current certification in CPR and First Aid (or willing to obtain).</li>\n<li>Current Food Handlers Card (or willing to obtain)</li>\n<li>Must have reliable transportation and maintain auto insurance.</li>\n<li>Must maintain a valid driver’s license.</li>\n<li>Successful completion of background check pursuant to ORS 181A.195.</li>\n<li>Read, write and understand the English language.</li>\n</ol>",
