    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\">CIVIL ENGINEER, EI &ndash; INDUSTRIAL AND LOGISTICS</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>EMH&amp;T is currently seeking a Civil Engineer (EI) to join our Industrial and Logistics team located in Columbus, OH.&nbsp;</p><p>Our EIs work under the guidance of experienced Engineers and Project Managers who provide mentorship and support throughout your career development. Additionally, EMH&amp;T offers a dedicated support team to train you on our drafting and design standards, ensuring you are well-prepared for success in this role.</p><p>The Industrial &amp; Logistics team supports rail clients, trucking facilities, warehouses, intermodal facilities, data centers, car dealerships, medical campuses, senior living facilities, and more.</p><p><u>Responsibilities</u></p><ul><li>Develop plan drawings and calculations using AutoCAD Civil 3D for projects such as sanitary systems, stormwater management, roadway design.&nbsp;</li><li>Produce base maps for plan development, generate 3D surface models, corridors, profiles, and cross-sections, as well as perform drafting tasks.</li></ul><p><u>Skills:</u></p><ul><li>Ability to effectively apply technical training and problem-solving skills to current assignments.&nbsp;</li><li>A self-starter that demonstrates dependability and consistent work effort.&nbsp;</li><li>Effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to express ideas clearly.</li><li>Ability to work independently but also enjoys collaborating with team members in a supportive and cooperative environment.</li><li>Excellent planning and organization skills with an eye for detail.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><u>Qualifications</u></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering.</li><li>0 - 4 years experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Work experience, including internships or co-op experiences in civil, construction, or a related area and exposure to engineering consulting firm environment, preferred.</li></ul><p><u>Benefits</u></p><p>EMH&amp;T offers a generous benefit package to all full-time employees that includes medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, medical &amp; dependent care FSAs, paid vacation, sick and personal leaves, paid community service time off, paid parental leave, 401(k) with match, company paid life insurance, a wellness reimbursement, an employee recognition program, an employee assistance program that includes legal and identify theft services.
