This role is responsible for rapidly sourcing, recruiting, and mobilizing high volumes of skilled craft personnel to support refinery turnarounds, shutdowns, and outage events. This role is critical to ensuring projects are fully staffed with qualified, safety-driven professionals within tight timelines. The ideal candidate thrives in high-pressure environments and can effectively balance urgency, quality, and compliance.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Lead full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for refinery turnaround craft roles, including boilermaker, foremen, QA/QC roles.</li><li>Partner closely with HR Field Specialist to understand project scopes, manpower curves, and critical timelines and align on &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;required certification, skills, and client expectations.</li><li>Develop and maintain ready-to-deploy craft pipelines ahead of scheduled turnarounds.</li><li>Coordinate and manage screening and selection, ensuring candidates meet:</li><li>Skill and experience requirements</li><li>Safety standards and site-specific expectations</li><li>Assist with mobilization logistics, including:</li><li>Site onboarding and badging</li><li>Drug/alcohol testing and background checks.</li><li>Verification of certifications (NCCER, TWIC, etc.)</li><li>Scheduling and deployment coordination.</li><li>Track and manage headcount fulfillment vs. plan, providing real-time updates to leaders</li><li>Support redeployment strategies post-turnaround to retain high performers across projects.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in ATS and workforce tracking systems.</li></ul>",
