    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>\n <div>\n  <div>\n   <div>\n    <p><span><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>\n    <ul>\n     <li><span>Move trailers in and out of docks or around the truck yard</span></li>\n     <li><span>Ability to back up trailers to dock doors, often with other trailers on either side of the dock</span></li>\n     <li><span>Use of other warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, manual jacks and forklifts</span></li>\n     <li><span>Clean out trailers before or after moving</span></li>\n     <li><span>Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on tractors and trailers</span></li>\n    </ul>\n   </div>\n  </div>\n </div>\n</div>\n<div>\n <p><span><strong>Requirements</strong></span></p>\n <div>\n  <div>\n   <div>\n    <ul>\n     <li><span>Minimum hiring age: 23 years old</span></li>\n     <li><span>Good customer service &amp; teamwork skills</span></li>\n     <li><span>Good physical condition; must be able to get in and out of trucks several times per day</span></li>\n     <li><span>Able to work in all types of environments, including inclement weather</span></li>\n     <li><span>Good backing skills</span></li>\n     <li><span>Recent verifiable, tractor/ trailer driving experience or related</span></li>\n     <li><span>Prior to employment, drug screen, criminal background check</span></li>\n     <li><span>Able to lift 35 pounds.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Work jobs that have repetitive motion.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Implement and follow safe work practices and rules.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Able to prove they have a right to work in the United States.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Successfully pass a physician’s examination, drug screen and background check.</span></li>\n     <li><span>Willing to have a baseline audiometric test</span></li>\n     <li><span>Prefer high school graduates or GEDs</span></li>\n     <li><span>Sufficient work experience to be successful on the job</span></li>\n    </ul>\n    <p>&nbsp;</p>\n   </div>\n  </div>\n </div>\n</div>",
