    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Develop new and existing technologies and software solutions using front-end and/or back-end skillsets. Provide technical guidance in collaboration with software developers and customer throughout the product’s development.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop web-based applications that will serve content to thousands of users across the Department of Defense (DoD) using the Palantir platform.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop software designs using best practices and object-oriented methodologies.  Software will be developed using an agile-scrum development style, in conjunction with a multi-disciplinary team including designers, architects, and systems engineers.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform mid-level development, test, analysis, and validation of software.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with your team and other business units to provide software solutions, following best practices ensuring a high-quality standard.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiar with good configuration management practices and will be responsible for proper code maintenance, merging, and configuration management.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Education/Experience </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering required. Additional experience may substitute for degree.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>2-7 years of relevant experience.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with Agile Scrum development methodology and associated tools.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience developing software in C#.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience debugging code.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with Agile development.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in Palantir development, certification desired. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Communication skills to interface with government and contractors to represent technical and programmatic positions.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>U.S. Citizenship is required.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Knowledge/Skills  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of office administration and procedures.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communication, teamwork, and client service skills; ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver feedback clearly and tactfully.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Interact with a diverse array of customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work independently with accountability for accurate and complete results.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Be extremely organized and exceptionally detail oriented.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work well both independently and in a team environment.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Be energized by a fast-paced work environment.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to communicate with others effectively.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyze information and respond appropriately.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage time wisely and prioritize tasks.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide superior customer service.    </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Multi-task in a pleasant manner.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work well under pressure. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Physical Demands</p>\n<ul>\n <li>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
