Determines physical therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians, by prescription, or as indicated under State of Oklahoma PT direct access guidelines.</li><li>Interacts with patients and family in a positive manner to educate, encourage, and motivate patients to achieve functional centered goals to enable patient to return to normal activities of daily living. &nbsp;</li><li>Provide patient with appropriate home exercise program and recommend appropriate assistive device in consultation with supervising therapist in accordance with plan of care or home equipment needed to achieve desired functional status.</li><li>Direct and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, PT/PTA students, PT tech and reception personnel to provide quality patient treatment.</li><li>Documents patient care services in appropriate EMR and supporting departmental forms, accurately and in a timely manner.
