If RN has an Associate’s Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.</span></li>\n <li><span><b>Experience</b>: Required 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, for Critical Care units, 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a critical care setting or completion of a critical care fellowship.
