Our dedicated team of skilled therapists is committed to helping individuals lead lives of stability and purpose.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Modern Facility:</strong> Our beautiful facility, opened in 2020, offers a contemporary and comfortable environment for both patients and staff.</li>\n <li><strong>Community-Centric:</strong> Committed to being an active member of the Temple community, we aim to improve mental health understanding and support the well-being of our residents.</li>\n <li><strong>Patient-Focused:</strong> We prioritize the well-being of the people we serve, emphasizing individualized care tailored to their unique needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Details</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Mixed Clinical and Administrative position (anticipated 65%-70% clinical duties).</li>\n <li>Oversee the medical team, ensuring the highest standard of care, and contribute to the strategic direction of the facility.</li>\n <li>Provide collaborative supervision for NP/PAs.</li>\n <li>Provide inpatient psychiatric care to the adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations.</li>\n <li>Lead and contribute to program development, quality, and outcomes-based initiatives. </li>\n <li>Work-Life Balance: Monday-Friday schedule, occasional/infrequent weekends and overnight call.</li>\n <li>Manageable Caseload: Anticipated daily caseload of 12 patients per day.</li>\n <li>Independent Contractor / 1099 or Employed W-2 arrangements available. </li>\n <li>Monthly Medical Director and APRN Supervision Stipend.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Required Education, Licensure, & Certification</p>\n<li>MD/DO degree from an accredited program.</li>\n<li>BE/BC in General Psychiatry.</li>\n<li>Licensed to practice in the State of Texas or ability to obtain medical license.</li>\n<li>Meets all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians.</li>\n<p><strong>Living in Temple, Texas: </strong>Centrally located, Temple is a city of 82,000 residents offering a comfortable lifestyle with affordable housing, fine dining, shopping, and a wealth of educational options.
