The successful candidate will hit the ground running, contributing immediately to troubleshooting, solution design, and feature development within our ServiceNow HRSD environment. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Investigate and resolve complex HRSD platform issues through structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA).</li>\n<li>Develop and present solution prototypes to address identified gaps or enhancement requests.</li>\n<li>Design, configure, and maintain Service Catalogue structures with a focus on taxonomy best practices.</li>\n<li>Build and improve Employee Centre UX/UI components to deliver a seamless self-service experience.</li>\n<li>Configure and maintain HRSD modules including Cases, HR Profiles, and Scoped Apps.</li>\n<li>Design and manage HR Journeys and Lifecycle Events to support key employee milestones.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain HRSD Dashboards and reporting to support HR operations and leadership visibility.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.</li>\n<li>Document configurations, changes, and technical decisions in line with platform governance standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience </li>\n<li>Proven HRSD module experience with at least one full HRSD implementation or significant enhancement project </li>\n<li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required </li>\n<li>ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – preferred </li>\n<li>HRSD or HR Implementation Specialist certification – highly regarded </li>\n<li>Strong communication skills; able to present prototypes and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core HRSD Expertise </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>HR Service Delivery (HRSD) – Cases, HR Profiles, HR Scoped App </li>\n<li>Journeys – Journey Design, milestone tracking, task orchestration </li>\n<li>Lifecycle Events – onboarding, offboarding, and transition workflows </li>\n<li>Dashboards – HR reporting, performance widgets, and executive views</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Specialised Skills (Sprint Focus)</span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Troubleshooting – platform issues, integration failures, workflow errors </li>\n<li>Root Cause Analysis (RCA) – structured diagnosis and resolution documentation </li>\n<li>Solution Prototyping – rapid proof-of-concept builds for stakeholder review </li>\n<li>Service Catalogue Taxonomy – logical structuring of catalogue items and categories </li>\n<li>Employee Centre UX/UI – portal customisation, widget configuration, user experience design</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">General ServiceNow Platform</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Business Rules, Script Includes </li>\n<li>ACLs, Roles, and Security configuration </li>\n<li>REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server (advantageous) </li>\n<li>JavaScript (server-side and client-side scripting)</li>\n</ul>",
