In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, installing, and maintaining various metal structures and reinforcements in construction projects.</p><ul><li>Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and project specifications to determine layout and installation requirements</li><li>Fabricate, assemble, and install structural steel members, reinforcing steel, and other metal components</li><li>Perform welding, cutting, and bending of metal materials according to specifications</li><li>Erect and dismantle structural steel frameworks using rigging equipment and tools</li><li>Install metal decking, stairs, handrails, and other architectural metal features</li><li>Conduct quality control checks to ensure installations meet project specifications</li><li>Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner</li><li>Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations</li><li>Collaborate with other construction trades to coordinate project timelines</li><li>Report progress and any issues to project supervisors</li></ul>",
