The Senior Business Analyst – Web Portals will partner with business and technology teams to deliver innovative, user-centered solutions across complex web-based applications and enterprise systems.</p>\n<p><strong>The Senior Business Analyst will:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and improve end-to-end user experiences</li>\n <li>Lead requirements and solution design for complex, cross-functional initiatives</li>\n <li>Act as a bridge between business, development, and vendors to ensure successful delivery</li>\n <li>Support production systems by troubleshooting issues and driving resolution</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Opportunity to contribute to enhancing the end-to-end customer experience using modern emerging technologies (Epic systems), with continuous learning and growth</li>\n <li>Flexible, inclusive, and supportive work culture</li>\n <li>Starting salary is based upon skills and experience: $91,100 - $113,900 plus robust benefits package</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Partners with the business to define and document processes and software requirements for technology initiatives.</li>\n <li>Serves as the primary liaison between business teams, development teams, vendors, and architects to ensure alignment from concept through delivery.</li>\n <li>Leads the requirements definition and solution shaping for complex, cross-functional initiatives with significant scope and impact, while adhering to change management and compliance standards.</li>\n <li>Provides production support by assisting with issue triage, root-cause analysis, impact assessment, and coordination with business and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of production issues.</li>\n <li>Stays current with evolving business and system analysis techniques and tools, including awareness and appropriate use of AI-enabled analysis and automation capabilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of advanced experience in supporting web-based applications and enterprise platforms, including requirements definition, configuration, testing, and production support\n  <ul>\n   <li>OR associate degree with 7+ years of advanced experience in supporting web-based applications and enterprise platforms, including requirements definition, configuration, testing, and production support</li>\n   <li>OR high school equivalent with 10+ years of advanced experience in supporting web-based applications and enterprise platforms, including requirements definition, configuration, testing, and production support</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Must have experiences</strong>:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Experience supporting web-based applications and enterprise systems</li>\n   <li>Epic software applications: MyChart and/or TapestryLink</li>\n   <li>Software configuration and perform functional and user acceptance testing, understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)</li>\n   <li>Proficiency with business and system analysis and delivery tools such as MS Office, SQL, ServiceNow, Visio, Jira, Confluence</li>\n   <li>Healthcare industry experience</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>In-depth knowledge and advanced experience in one or more business areas, how it integrates with other areas and how they contribute to the company’s success</li>\n <li>Ability to understand and discuss technical software issues with others</li>\n <li>Ability and willingness to learn new software, systems, and workflows and obtain certifications as requested</li>\n <li>Ability to problem solve and apply analytical thinking skills; good judgment of which ideas and suggestions will work</li>\n <li>Demonstrates professionalism in all communication including discussion of technical software issues with across organization up to leadership/executive team</li>\n <li>Strong interactive skills and ability to establish rapport with co-workers and vendors</li>\n <li>Inquisitive and seek answers to complex questions</li>\n <li>Manages multiple projects simultaneously and completes timely</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Hardware and equipment will be provided by the company, but candidates must have access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet to successfully work from home.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer an excellent benefit and compensation package, opportunity for career advancement and a professional culture built on the foundations of Respect, Responsibility, Resourcefulness and Relationships.
