As the Director of Quality, you will work with department leaders to ensure our organization complies with all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Oversee the development and implementation of risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to minimize potential risks and ensure the safety of our patients and staff. Additionally, you will work with department leaders and oversee the quality improvement program, including data analysis, performance improvement initiatives.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong><u>The Director of Quality</u></strong><strong><u>&nbsp;Management</u></strong><strong><u>&nbsp;is responsible for</u></strong><strong>:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Developing and implementing patient safety initiatives&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Assuring the success of continuous quality enhancement initiatives.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Developing a proactive risk management program, and overseeing an effective infection control program.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Appropriate use of quality tools (root cause analysis, failure mode and effects analysis, statistical process control, and other statistical methods) to guide process improvement&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 16px;\">Help problem-solve and benchmark appropriately to ensure a highly reliable organization</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The Quality role assures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards and ensures they are continually upheld. The Director will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, administering, evaluating, and continually enhancing policies, procedures, and practices for each functional area.
