Drive significant business impact through your capabilities and contributions, and apply deep technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to tackle a diverse array of challenges that span multiple technologies and applications.</span></p><p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin-left: 0.95pt;\"><span><strong>Job responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li>Optimize back end applications for maximum speed, reliability and scalability</li><li>Collaborate with technical architect and Designers for new products</li><li>Drives adoption and governance of approved AI-assisted engineering practices across teams to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes (e.g., AI-assisted code review/refactoring, test acceleration, release readiness, incident/root-cause analysis), while establishing measurable validation standards (secure coding, peer review, automated testing) and promoting reuse of proven patterns and automation within the SDLC/TLM toolchain.</li><li>Applies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including approved AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation at scale.</li><li>Follow and promote Agile practices including Scrum, Lean, BDD, TDD and Continuously Delivery</li><li>Research new technologies, identify and learn best practice, adapt quickly and provide technical guidance across the organization.</li><li>Work with multiple globally distributed teams to deliver end-to-end solution across regions</li><li>Advise, collaborate with, and synthesize feedback from Wealth Managers and Product Specialist</li><li>Presenting and demoing to users, stakeholders, and technology groups</li></ul><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.95pt;\">&nbsp;</p><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>&nbsp;</span><strong>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong></p><ul><li><p>Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience</p><p>&nbsp;</p></li><li>Experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud, Spring Flux &amp; Spring Security frameworks</li><li>Demonstrated experience leading effective use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools within the work environment (e.g., for coding, code review, test acceleration, troubleshooting) with the ability to set team expectations for validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security</li><li>Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations; experience coaching senior engineers/leads on compliant usage patterns and controls.</li><li>Experience in Web UI development using ReactJS, TypeScript, Html 5, CSS 3</li><li>Relational Database development skills including SQL and data modelling</li><li><p>Experience with CI/CD pipelines with designing and building applications natively on AWS, utilizing key services such as AWS Lambda, AWS ECS, S3, Aurora, and API Gateway&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p></li><li>Experience in high availability development and architectural practices</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem solving, &amp; decision-making skills.</li><li>Proven track record of technical leadership experience</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in Reactive Programming&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in DevOps</li><li>Experience with Kafka and RabbitMQ</li><li>Financial Services industry experience to include understanding of Investment securities</li><li>Exposure to Atlassian tracking, collaboration and code quality tools</li></ul>",
