Apply today and join a team that values creativity, education, and unforgettable guest experiences.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h2><strong>What You’ll Do as Our Educator / Trainer</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead hands-on training in blowouts, finishing techniques, braids, updos, and Drybar service standards</li>\n <li>Coach stylists at all levels—new hires, developing stylists, and seasoned pros—to ensure consistency and confidence</li>\n <li>Deliver ongoing education sessions, skill refreshers, and performance-based coaching</li>\n <li>Support stylists in mastering timing, efficiency, and guest experience standards</li>\n <li>Partner with leadership to identify training needs and create development plans</li>\n <li>Maintain a positive, growth-focused learning environment that reflects Drybar’s upbeat, hospitality-driven culture</li>\n <li>Model exceptional guest service and technical excellence on the floor</li>\n <li>Uphold brand standards, sanitation protocols, and operational consistency</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h2><strong>What Makes You a Great Fit</strong></h2>\n<p>You’re a natural leader who loves helping stylists shine.
