What You’ll Do As an MD in Leadership Advisory Services, you will play a fundamental role in shaping high-impact solutions for our clients. Your role will consist of three key areas: Execution: You will deliver world-class executive assessment and coaching solutions to leaders in iconic organizations. Your impact will build trust, create traction, and expand Modern’s influence through exceptional execution. Quality: You will support aligned executive search teams in embedding the latest assessment and coaching solutions for clients, bringing rigor, consistency, and quality to our work. Growth: You will provide expertise to shape impactful solutions for new and existing clients, in partnership with Modern’s diverse team of industry, functional, and practice experts.
