      "content": "<div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>As part of an integrated multidisciplinary team working from design through completion, you will be responsible to:</li>\n<li>Help ensure compliance with health and safety requirements on project sites and contribute to the application of best practices.</li>\n<li>Support on-site construction operations by coordinating with subcontractors, clients, and internal stakeholders.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Project Coordinator and the Construction</li>\n<li>Managers to identify permit requirements and ensure timely project delivery</li>\n<li>Assist in identifying and resolving technical challenges on site, applying problem-solving skills to support efficient and cost-effective project delivery.</li>\n<li>Help track and manage changes and scope adjustments by documenting impacts on costs, schedules, and resources, and escalating risks as needed.</li>\n<li>Support the preparation of project upgrades, including estimates and documentation, for review and presentation to the client.</li>\n<li>Develop an understanding of energy performance measures and sustainability considerations prior to implementation.</li>\n<li>Assist with day-to-day execution of construction activities, helping ensure alignment with budget, schedule, and quality requirements.</li>\n<li>Deliver an exceptional client experience.</li>\n<li>Your professional development is an integral part of your role.       "content": "<div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>2-5 years of direct construction project management and on-site experience</li>\n<li>Experience in HVAC or complex mechanical construction &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Strong communication (written and verbal), listening, skills in English.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Team player with a positive attitude, resilience, and determination.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Quick critical thinking ability under pressure.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Top-notch organizational skills.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Field-based role with 4-5 days/week on active project sites across NYC and surrounding regions (Greater NY, Long Island, New Jersey; occasional Philadelphia). Candidates must live within commuting distance of the NYC metro area. Office presence is as needed; regional travel flexibility is required.&nbsp;</li>\n\n</ul></div>"
