    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Job Purpose</span></strong></p><p>Manage and coordinate activities of the Maintenance team for the repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment in manufacturing operations. Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of all areas of the facility.</p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Essential Functions</span></strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Directly oversee Maintenance team including staffing, training, performance standards, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee the day-to-day assignments of the second and third shift Maintenance team&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with the Maintenance Planner to develop scope and assign technicians to work orders and projects</li><li>Ensure weekly preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and work orders are completed satisfactorily&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor scheduled work and adjust as required to meet production schedules&nbsp;</li><li>Inspect completed work for conformance to standards, specifications, and blueprints&nbsp;</li><li>Continually monitor working conditions and equipment use; suggest changes to increase efficiency and quality&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain time and production records</li><li>Ensure maintenance shop equipment and tools meet operational requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all plant maintenance operations are conducted in a safe and controlled environment in compliance with OSHA rules&nbsp;</li><li>Manage the department such that good manufacturing practices (GMPs) are adhered to and a professional appearance is maintained&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct regular maintenance inspections&nbsp;</li><li>Operate within the Maintenance budget; initiate cost saving measures&nbsp;</li><li>Provide leadership in implementing/maintaining preventive and predictive maintenance programs&nbsp;</li><li>Work with Human Resources regarding personnel and performance issues&nbsp;</li><li>Foster a sense of team responsibility for achieving goals&nbsp;</li><li>Support employee growth through individual development planning and management&nbsp;</li><li>Support food safety program, quality standards, and legality of manufactured products&nbsp;</li><li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li>Associate&#39;s/Bachelor&#39;s degree, program certificate, or equivalent work experience&nbsp;</li><li>2-4 years of maintenance experience&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated ability to organize and supervise a diverse workforce&nbsp;</li><li>Strong mechanical and planning aptitude</li><li>Ability to understand and articulate the requirements necessary to maintain assets at base condition and importance to comply with conditions of use&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of food manufacturing, FDA/USDA, OSHA, and EPA regulations&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and experience with CMMS&nbsp;</li><li>Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to support multiple projects</li><li>Strong decision-making skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems</li><li>Excellent skills in the areas of teamwork, motivation, relationship building, and coaching</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to organize, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment&nbsp;</li></ul><p>MON123</p><p>RISE123</p></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
