    "description_html": "<p><strong>Senior Line Lead - Kingsbury</strong><br><strong>Full-time/Part-time<br>EMC-R54/64-8</strong><br><br>To accurately and expediently assemble subassembly level and/or finished products by providing instructions to the flexible assemblers in the form of verbal, written, and/or diagram.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Receive shift assignments or regular duties via instruction from Production Coordinator/schedules.<br></li><li>Accurately perform assembly of subassemblies and products in a safe and expeditious manner.<br></li><li>Communicate production problems, within the scope of their assignments that would either affect the timely delivery or the expected quality of their work, to the Production Coordinator.<br></li><li>Use a variety of power and hand tools such as screw/torque drivers, epoxy/glue dispensers, light bench-top machine operations, programming and calibration equipment to facilitate assembly/test.<br></li><li>Expert on all aspects of equipment and products on the line.<br></li><li>Maintain an effective dialogue with all employees to foster good employee morale.<br></li><li>Organize work areas before, during and after assignments. Is responsible for general housekeeping and organization of workstations.<br></li><li>Obtain solder certification.<br></li><li>Must be able to train new employees.<br></li><li>Capable of addressing major employee concerns and conflicts.<br></li><li>Can diagnose and resolve major equipment issues.<br></li><li>Strong knowledge of AS400 to check inventory levels, stock targets, IP’s, sales orders.<br></li><li>Has responsibility for a large number of employees and or multiple product lines.<br></li><li>Strong technical knowledge of processes and equipment.<br></li><li>Solve issues without asking or needing supervisor input.<br></li><li>Meet plant metrics for On Time Index, RMA returns, and Productivity.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s):</strong></p><ul><li>Limit mistakes by reviewing quality of own work and following instructions<br></li><li>Meet production Takt time or expected pieces per hour per Manufacturing Order<br></li><li>Achieve Safety objective for the plant<br></li></ul>",
