Within this team, the Client Delivery Engineer is responsible for the technical implementation work involved in configuring and integrating the Cassini software for a client.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Specific responsibilities include:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working alongside a Client Services Manager to provide technical assistance in implementing the Cassini software as part of a documented implementation plan for implementation projects</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working with APIs, SFTP and the Cassini User Interface to integrate client data into Cassini’s data structure</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Using a range of data formats, such as json, xml or csv to receive client data and transform data into internal formats by authoring jinja2 transforms</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quickly understand and manipulate large and complex client datasets including debugging of error messages and identifying bad data formats</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Following data integration, ensuring that the client’s required functionality is performing as expected with detailed testing and validation of expected usage</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver user training and documentation to internal teams on Cassini functionality</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to technical discussions with client technical teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify potential improvements in processes within the team</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adapt internal scripts (predominantly in Python) for internal tooling</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Tech Stack</span></p>\n<p>We work with an exciting, modern stack built for scale, reliability, and productivity.
