    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>OVERVIEW<br></strong>The Cart / Range Attendant is one of the most visible employees of the facility. &nbsp;This position is tasked with cart staging and presentation, cleaning carts and the cart areas, greeting customers with a friendly welcome and thanking them when they leave. &nbsp;In addition, duties include all range operations, picking the range, cleaning the range balls, general maintenance of the range tees and range field. &nbsp;</p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">This is a year round to the part time role - Must Have Availability for Morning / Afternoons / Weekends / Holidays </span></strong></p><p><strong>KEY FUNCTIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Should be on-time for shift and ready to work 5 minutes prior to shift starting</li><li>Pulling up carts and staging</li><li>Ensuring carts are clean and consistent in presentation</li><li>Provide welcoming &ldquo;first contact&rdquo; with each customer or groups of customers; ensure they have an enjoyable experience</li><li>Check with the pro shop for any unusual or special instructions</li><li>Clean work areas and assist in any outside operations</li><li>Assist tournament participants in any manner including lifting golf bags onto carts</li><li>Drive range picker, clean balls, set range and assist with other range duties</li><li>Keep work area neat and clean at all times</li><li>Assist in keeping the course, range and areas around and in the clubhouse and cart barn clean</li><li>Be prepared for inclement weather (air horn, rain gear, etc.), understand bad weather procedures and communicate with pro shop during weather alerts as necessary</li><li>Assist other outside staff as needed</li></ul><p><strong>THE LSC WAY</strong><strong><br></strong>Our Culture is a top priority. &nbsp;As part of our commitment to culture, we have written a number of &lsquo;Fundamentals&rsquo; called The LSC Way that are traits we value in our daily activities. &nbsp;The fundamentals that are critically important to this position are:</p><ul><li>Treasure, Protect and Promote our reputation</li><li>Pitch in wherever necessary</li><li>Walk in your Customers Shoes</li><li>Be vigilant about safety</li><li>Think team first</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Act as a role model for by demonstrating the behavior and work ethic expected of all employees</li><li>Excellent verbal communication with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to relate to people of all ages</li><li>Self-motivated starter, demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage daily task; ability to work well with others</li><li>Service and customer focused attitude</li><li>Enthusiastic, outgoing attitude and personality, patient and non-combative</li><li>Organized, able to work in a busy environment where the priorities are changing</li><li>Must be reliable, dependable, energetic and professional team player</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license or permit</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</strong><br>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
