          "text": "<p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:</p><ol><li>Follow OSHA, MIOSHA, and Company safety standards.</li><li>Build and manufacture quality blow molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and sub-assemblies using various tools and equipment.</li><li>Perform maintenance and repair of building/installed equipment as assigned.</li><li>Collaborate with supervisors, engineering, and production personnel to resolve manufacturing problems and report material shortages.</li><li>Operate power equipment and material handling equipment (forklifts, cranes, etc.).</li><li>Interpret blueprints, develop specifications, and create sketches of parts or products to be manufactured.</li><li>Submit daily time accounting, payroll information, and other required paperwork.</li></ol>",
