    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p>Job Title: <strong><u>Houseboat Service Crew</u></strong> Department: <u>Houseboats</u> Reports to: <u>Marina Manager</u></p><p><strong>Position Prerequisites:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>1. Previous janitorial experience preferred.</p><p>2. Ability to work with guest in all areas with a positive approach.</p><p>3. Ability to concentrate on detail and follow-up work while maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction.</p><p>4. Ability to work as a team.</p><p><strong>Purpose:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>To complete exterior cleaning of boats and equipment, pump out holding tank, filling fresh water, filling propane tanks and ensure boats are ready for rental in a timely manner.</p><p><strong>Major Duties:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>1. Retrieve boats from load-out area and move to servicing area.</p><p>2. Follow service checklist completely and thoroughly.</p><p>3. Report any noticeable defects immediately.</p><p>4. Fill propane tanks in accordance with local rules and regulations. Do not perform this job unless you have been trained.</p><p>5. Understand the terms &ldquo;light-on and light-off&rdquo; and be able to demonstrate them properly.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>6. Be able to operate all types of resort boats.</p><p>7. Basic water safety knowledge must be practiced.</p><p>8. Greet all customers as they enter your work area. Offer assistance immediately. Thank all customers as they leave work area.</p><p>9. Always operate with an emphasis on guest hospitality.</p><p>11. Use &ldquo;clean as you go&rdquo; method when performing your work duties.</p><p>12. Operate equipment with energy conservation in mind.</p><p>13. Adhere to safety policies.</p><p>14. Be present at all departmental, resort and training meetings.</p><p>15. Maintain a cooperative, team-like attitude in working with supervisors and fellow employees (both within the department and in other resort departments).</p><p>16. Maintain a positive attitude toward the resort and the job being performed.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>General:</strong></p><p>1. Be aware of daily activities and events at the resort.</p><p>2. Be knowledgeable of all resort operations.</p><p>3. Perform all reasonable job requests assigned by management.</p><p>4.
