    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties/Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and continuously improve the demand input process in the rolling plan system, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives.</li>\n<li>Oversee daily factory production and shipping execution, proactively identifying risks and driving cross-functional resolution to ensure on-time delivery.</li>\n<li>Lead the development and optimization of production planning strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and responsiveness.</li>\n<li>Drive the consolidation, analysis, and continuous improvement of the monthly 13+9 rolling forecast, providing actionable insights to support business decision-making.</li>\n<li>Establish and enforce inventory governance processes, including management of abnormal and excess/overstock materials, to optimize working capital and minimize risk.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications/Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.</li>\n<li>5-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling, or demand/supply management (more for senior positions).</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across functions.</li>\n<li>Advanced MS Excel proficiency; knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.</li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
