OSCO Concrete specializes in ready-mix concrete, concrete products, and aggregate operations that support infrastructure and community-building projects throughout the region. Our work is fast-paced, safety-focused, and essential—and our student opportunities are designed to provide meaningful, real-world experience.
Available Opportunities
Engineering, Engineering Technology & Technician Programs
Students in engineering and engineering technology programs will work closely with our technical, quality, and operations teams, gaining exposure to industrial manufacturing and construction materials processes. Opportunities may include:
Quality control, testing, and data analysis
Production and plant operations support
Process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
Equipment and systems troubleshooting support
Project coordination and technical documentation
These roles offer a balance of field-based and technical experience while working alongside experienced engineers, technologists, and production teams.
Heavy Duty Truck Technician Programs
Students in Heavy Duty Truck Technician programs will gain hands-on experience supporting OSCO Concrete’s fleet and mobile equipment operations, including:
Preventative maintenance and inspections
Assisting with repairs and troubleshooting of heavy-duty trucks and equipment
Supporting maintenance planning, documentation, and safety programs
Learning best practices in an industrial, safety-driven environment
Business & Administrative Programs
Students pursuing business-related programs may have opportunities to support day-to-day operations and internal services such as:
Accounting & Finance – Assisting with reporting, data entry, cost tracking, and financial analysis
Human Resources – Supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative HR processes
