Essential Functions: Build relationships with decision-makers through prospecting, outreach, and networking Drive lead generation and maintain an active pipeline of growth opportunities Identify, pursue, and close new business to meet or exceed sales objectives Develop and present customized sales proposals to targeted audiences Partner with Estimators to scope projects and negotiate contract terms Track, update, and report proposal activity and outcomes in the CRM Collaborate with Marketing to support market entry strategies and sales tools Represent JR & Co. professionally at networking and industry events Required Skills & Abilities Strong relationship‑building and communication skills (written and verbal) Self‑driven, growth‑oriented, and accountable for generating new business Strategic, business‑savvy mindset with strong problem‑solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities Highly organized with excellent time management and follow‑through Tech‑savvy; comfortable using CRM systems and productivity tools Professional, positive, and respectful when representing the company Aligns with JR & Co. values: Family Culture, Extreme Ownership, humility, and continuous improvement Education and Experience: 1-3 years B2C or B2B sales experience preferred, but not required Construction/contracting background preferred, but not required Canvassing sales experience preferred Prior storm restoration industry experience preferred Knowledge of roofing systems, applications and benefits preferred Cold calling and acquisition experience preferred Training, Support, and Development Paid 4 Weeks of training including roofing industry, construction education, and sales training. Ongoing, paid, professional development including new products, and sales training.
