Competitive health/dental plans, 401(K) with employer match, etc. and PTO.&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><u><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>High School Diploma required</strong></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>3+ years of relevant experience in minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall repairs, and painting.</strong></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Driver license MUST be in good standing.</strong></li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-weight: bold;\">Must be able to pass a Level 2 background screening.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary: $17.00 to $19.20 / hourly - based on experience level.&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm</strong></p><p><strong></strong><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The <strong>Maintenance Technician</strong> assists the Director of Facilities in the overall maintenance and care of the grounds, buildings, systems and vehicles.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists the Director of Facilities with the maintenance and care of the facilities, grounds and vehicles.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensures compliance with all regulatory standards of emergency and life safety systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicates with all hired contractors, reporting any problems directly to the Director of Facilities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists the Director of Facilities with ensuring that all maintenance equipment, vehicles and housekeeping systems are in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, guidelines and policies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists the Director of Facilities in ensuring that the plumbing, electrical and water systems of the agency&rsquo;s operated facilities meet agency and regulatory standards at all times.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Keeps track of current maintenance needs with the assistance of the Director of Facilities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Tracks relevant information (receipts/records) regarding all repair and maintenance costs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Consistently maintains applicable sanitation standards of the City Health Department and other regulatory agencies at all facilities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Required to be on-call on a rotating schedule and may be required to work occasional overtime.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Models appropriate and professional behavior (i.e., dress, habits, personality, tact, etc.)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Relates with clients, parents, peers and the general public in a respectful and professional manner in person and phone interaction.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs other duties that may be assigned.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></u></p><p>The employee will be required to talk, hear and see; ability to manipulate objects with hands/fingers.</p>\n",
