UBH provides a supportive, caring and merit-based environment for team members and is vested in their growth and development.  We seek employees who are passionate about serving and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>making a difference </em></span>in the lives of others.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Summary</span></p>\n<p>The Time-Limited Subsidy (TLS) Case Manager provides intensive, short-term case management services to general families and Transition-Age Youth (TAY) families receiving temporary housing or rental subsidies.
