Together, we’re creating a legacy that goes beyond business—one that’s changing the world for the better.</p>\n<p>In this role, the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EICA Engineer</span> will be responsible for <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">designing, engineering, and supporting electrical control panels</span> for a wide range of industrial and building service applications. The position requires strong hands‑on knowledge of control panel design, component selection, load calculations, and coordination with manufacturing and Service/Sites teams.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Accountabilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Electrical Control Panel Design &amp; Engineering</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design LT control panels including MCC, PLC panels, VFD panels, pump control panels, HVAC control panels, and utility panels.</li>\n<li>Prepare electrical schematics, GA drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOM using AutoCAD / SolidWorks Electrical.</li>\n<li>Perform panel load calculations, short‑circuit considerations, forms of construction, IP ratings as per applicable standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Component Selection &amp; Technical Compliance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select switchgear and control components such as MCB, MCCB, contactors, relays, timers, SMPS, PLCs, VFDs, and protection devices.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with IEC / IS standards and customer technical specifications.</li>\n<li>Support PLC selection based on application requirements (I/O count, communication, redundancy, and future expansion).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cable &amp; Wiring Engineering</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform power and control cable sizing and selection based on load, voltage drop, short‑circuit rating, and installation conditions.</li>\n<li>Prepare cable schedules, termination details, and earthing layouts.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Manufacturing &amp; Site Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide engineering support to panel manufacturing teams during assembly and testing.</li>\n<li>Resolve design and wiring issues during FAT, SAT, and commissioning stages.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with project, quality, and procurement teams for technical clarifications.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Documentation &amp; Coordination</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and review technical documentation including datasheets, wiring schedules, test procedures, Sequence of operations, O&amp;M Manuals and as‑built drawings.</li>\n<li>Interface with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders for technical discussions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ERP &amp; BOM Management (Added Advantage)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) for electrical control panels in the ERP system.</li>\n<li>Ensure accuracy of part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and revisions in ERP.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with procurement and production teams to support material planning, costing, and timely execution.</li>\n<li>Update BOMs based on design changes and ensure alignment between drawings, ERP data, and manufacturing requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Willingness to undertake national travel and infrequent international travel (approximately 10–25%).</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally at all times.</li>\n<li>Thorough understanding of the company’s fluid management product portfolio and project delivery</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<p>To thrive in this role, you should bring:</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BE / BTech in Electrical &amp; Electronics Engineering</span></li>\n<li>Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in electrical control panel design and engineering.</li>\n<li>Proven hands‑on exposure to industrial electrical control panels.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong proficiency in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AutoCAD (Electrical drawings)</span>.</li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">electrical control panel design</span>, load calculation, and component selection.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PLC systems</span>, control logic, and panel integration.</li>\n<li>Experience with cable sizing, earthing, and protection coordination.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of control panels.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Soft Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to analyze technical problems and provide practical solutions.
