    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">The Maintenance Technician will provide on-site maintenance support for tasks that are to be completed within 10 business days. </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Review and assigning of tickets in owner software</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Update owner software with your hours for each ticket (and any other laborer hours) and any relevant notes and documents. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Routine weekly/monthly/annual tasks as outlined by Owner Staff</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ordering materials as needed</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Providing all receipts and invoices to the Project Manager for processing on a weekly basis. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Picking up and delivery of materials to job site</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Escort subcontractors as needed</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Coordinating scheduling with end user</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Job walk-throughs as needed for understanding of SOW and to provide guidance of work needed for successful completion. </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Schedule in house carpenters and escort as needed</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Schedule and coordinate with subcontractors as needed </span></li>\n</ul>",
