Sierra Circuit serves all industries including aerospace, defense, medical, automotive, and telecommunications, building PCBs to the highest industry standards, and keeping innovation at the forefront of everything we do.</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer-reported issues related to PCB assembly, including SMT, THT, mixed-technology builds, and prototype rework.</li><li>Review customer documentation such as BOMs, pick-and-place files, assembly drawings, and test requirements to identify potential DFA and manufacturability issues.</li><li>Identify and escalate BOM discrepancies, recommend common discrete alternative or replacement components, and communicate CAD or data file defects to customers with clear technical documentation and logs.</li><li>Communicate effectively with customers by providing timely updates and clear explanations of issues, root causes, and resolutions.</li><li>Collaborate closely with engineering, product, quality, and operations teams to drive timely and effective issue resolution.</li><li>Track recurring issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve overall product quality and process efficiency.</li><li>Participate in customer and internal operations calls, including on-call or escalation meetings, as required.</li><li>Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and customer support best practices.</li><li>Ensure compliance with IPC standards, internal quality procedures, and customer-specific requirements.</li><li>Support fast-paced prototype and quick-turn production schedules while maintaining high quality standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Strong ability to interpret assembly drawings, BOMs, pick-and-place data, and test documentation, and to identify and suggest common discrete alternative or replacement components.</li><li>Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Solid understanding of PCB assembly processes, including SMT, THT, selective soldering, reflow profiling, and manual rework.</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Hourly Rate Range</strong>: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Full - Time, exempt position</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent benefits package includes; Medical (HMO &amp; PPO), Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, Basic Life/ADD, Voluntary Benefits</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Vacation, sick and paid holidays</li></ul></div>\n",
