    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>A Warehouse associate is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment. You will work closely with other team members to meet daily production goals and ensure customer satisfaction. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in the success of our operations.</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>1+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience operating material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks</li><li>Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and/or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems</li><li>Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced distribution center environment</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Receive and process inbound shipments, including verifying contents and ensuring accuracy of documentation</li><li>Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely shipment to customers</li><li>Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits</li><li>Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and quality standards</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><p>As a DC Warehouse Associate, you will utilize your strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure the accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
