    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an exciting opportunity for a Warrior Operational Medicine and Cardiology <strong>Physician Assistant</strong> at <strong>Nellis Air Force Base</strong> in Las Vegas, NV.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Details:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Schedule: Monday-Friday between the hours of 0700-1900 (40 hours/week)</li>\n <li>11 paid Federal holidays off</li>\n <li>No weekends or on-call hours</li>\n <li>Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(K) offered</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduate from a Physician Assistant program</li>\n <li>BLS and ACLS certifications</li>\n <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience as a PA </li>\n <li>PA license in Nevada</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Will become the primary care manager for a panel of patients. </li>\n <li>Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in a fast-paced military medical environment. </li>\n <li>Responsible for providing immediate evaluation and management of emergent problems that occur.</li>\n <li>Collect and record medical and social historical data and perform general physical examinations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Company Overview:</strong></p>\n<p>At Spectrum, we utilize over thirty-five years of experience providing optimal solutions for federal agencies that are both innovative and cost-effective.
