font-size: 16px\">Prioritize safety of child while assisted with ADL’s and facilitating communication</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Communicate and collaborate with team members, which includes parents/caregivers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; text-decoration: underline\">Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for this position.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Licensure requirements:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #050505; font-size: 16px\">No licensure is required upon hire.  Staff will be required to get their Registered Behavior Technician and Registered Developmental Technician certificates once employed by participating in training and testing offered internally and externally by the agency.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #050505;
