    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Cycle Count</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Job Purpose:</u></strong>  Reports directly to the Cycle Count Lead. To assist or perform physical counting of inventory in facility.  Research and reconcile all variances found on cycle counts, maintain/ensure accuracy of inventory levels, supply feedback to departments. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>$18.25/per hour</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>1st shift: 5:30am - 2pm , Monday through Friday.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li> Verify, research and reconcile daily cycle counts using various piece of machinery such as a cherry picker / scissor lift / stand up / pallet jack / sit down fork trucks.</li>\n <li>Interact closely with other departments to solve problems.</li>\n <li>Pull daily print out from Warehouse Management System using various piece of machinery such as a cherry picker / scissor lift / stand up / pallet jack / sit down fork trucks and provide completed reports to Cycle Count lead at the end of every shift. </li>\n <li>Must include math work.</li>\n <li>Pull and perform row report counts from WMS using various piece of machinery such as a cherry picker / scissor lift / stand up / pallet jack / sit down fork trucks. </li>\n <li>Each row must be counted two times per year.</li>\n <li>Ensure daily harness and powered industrial truck inspections are completed before operating the machinery.</li>\n <li>Make sure boxes have correct inventory labels and reprint tickets / location labels as needed using the Vision system or RF scan gun.</li>\n <li>Identify items that need consolidation and report it to the Cycle Count Lead.</li>\n <li>Maintain the work area in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.</li>\n <li>Report all safety issues to the Supervisor.</li>\n <li>Participate in plant continuous improvement and safety activities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits offered -</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid Time Off</li>\n <li>10 Paid Company Holidays</li>\n <li>401K & Company Matching</li>\n <li>Quarterly Gainsharing Opportunities</li>\n <li>Career Path Advancement Opportunities</li>\n <li>Employee Product Discounts</li>\n <li>Employee Assistance Programs</li>\n <li>Health Insurance</li>\n <li>Vision Insurance</li>\n <li>Dental Insurance</li>\n <li>Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Disability Insurance</li>\n <li>Health & Flexible Spending Accounts</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>6 months cycle count experience</li>\n <li>Bilingual preferred</li>\n <li>Perform Basic Mathematics</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent</li>\n <li>Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills </li>\n <li>Must be organized, detailed oriented, safety conscience </li>\n <li>Powered Industrial Truck experience</li>\n <li>Scissor Lift / Cherry Picker / Stand up or Sit-down Trucks / Pallet Jack.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Knowledge Skills and Abilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be team oriented with strong communication skills</li>\n <li>Must have a working knowledge / understanding of storage, racking, staging, shipping & receiving procedures.</li>\n <li>Accuracy/Attention to detail</li>\n <li>Must be able to work assigned overtime, overlapping shifts or non-workdays</li>\n <li>Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, have good organizational skills, and able to prioritize</li>\n <li>Maintain good attendance and safety record</li>\n <li>Must be organized, detailed oriented</li>\n <li>Problem solving abilities</li>\n <li>Understand and follow safety procedures</li>\n <li>Desire for continuous improvement & growth</li>\n <li>Lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.</li>\n <li>Integrates process methodology into daily work;5S, 6D, Q@S etc</li>\n <li>Looking for innovative ways to streamline work processes in the plant</li>\n</ul>",
