We are looking for an individual that values hard-work and trust, and wants to be part of a Team that values the same. This position would be the 3rd or 4th position on a 3 or 4 person Tower Crew. KMM provides a comprehensive safety program and will train motivated candidates.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform installation, inspection and maintenance services for wireless radio and antenna systems on towers, rooftops and other elevated structures in conjunction with the Crew Foreman and Tower Technician(s).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform ground-based civil scopes when applicable in support of radio systems cabling, grounding, interconnects and/or conduits.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complete projects efficiently with quality.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adhere to KMM and Industry safety and quality control requirements at all times</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify and work with all required materials, tools and equipment needed to complete assigned work.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicate effectively with Crew Foreman, and other Crew members at all times.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Dedication to continued training and professional development.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain equipment and vehicles in a clean and operational condition at all times.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Interact professionally with Customer Representatives.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Certifications in Tower Climbing, OSHA, RF Awareness, First Aid and Safety, NWSA, and Rigging.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license.
