We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Supervisor to lead our Assembly operations at Hollister-Whitney, part of Vantage Elevation. Vantage is comprised of eight business units including GAL Manufacturing, GAL Canada, Hollister-Whitney, Elevator Controls, Courion, Bore-Max, Thames Valley Controls, and Vertical Dimensions. Through its brands, Vantage supplies nearly all electro-mechanical devices used in contemporary elevators. Founded in 1927, Vantage employs over 900 people across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Position Summary As the Assembly Supervisor, you will own the day-to-day performance of the assembly floor—driving safety, quality, and production results while leading and developing a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role where you will be expected to remove barriers, solve problems, and deliver results.
