This role will be responsible for assisting with establishing and managing a cost control system to support the team’s decision-making process to complete the project within the approved budget. The Cost Controller Engineer will ensure any deviation from the budget is identified, analyzed, final impact is estimated, and the effect of corrective actions taken is monitored. font-size: 10pt\">Assist in maintaining the accuracy of cost data and detection of deficiencies within cost system, providing direction for corrective action</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Attend and participate in meetings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Interact with a variety of individual across the organization in regard to project cost analysis</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Assist with managing changes in project scope, identifying potential crisis issues, and developing contingency plans that account for company contractual requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate with the site team to ensure the accuracy of progress data</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Help the Project Controls Manager in preparing the cost report, MPSR report, and manage changes in Procore</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-size: 10pt\">Experience in cost control, finance, accounting, project coordination, or a related field preferred</span><br><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\"><em>(2+ years ideal, but we welcome applicants with relevant transferable experience.)</em></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;
