It&rsquo;s a place to build a career and a community.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\"><strong>The Transaction Advisory Services Team</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">The Redpath Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team is comprised of former Big Four CPAs and large consulting firm professionals who provide private equity and corporate clients buy side and sell side financial accounting due diligence. The TAS team actively engages in assessing a target&rsquo;s quality of earnings, analyzing cash flows, reviewing working capital, identifying key business drivers, reviewing forecasts, and conducting comprehensive discussions with management and their advisors. They also routinely team with the firm&rsquo;s various stakeholders to deliver a truly integrated solution to clients.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">As a Transaction Advisory Services professional, you will work with fast-growing companies and private equity firms on complex deals, help to identify key value drivers, challenge assumptions about future performance, search for and advise on hidden value, and work with other teams to deliver an integrated approach to our clients before, during and after the transaction.</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;\">Responsibilities:&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Participate in financial due diligence engagements related to the acquisition or disposal of businesses by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyers.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34);\">Identify key risks and potential deal breakers, assess the strengths and weaknesses of the business against industry benchmarks, and assist in the evaluation of the potential transaction in the context of the clients&rsquo; investment strategy.</span></li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Prepare and analyze financial results of targets including quality of reported earnings, net assets, and cash flows; font-size: 14px;\">Synthesize and convert data into meaningful information used to drive observations, conclusions, and&nbsp;recommendations for discussions with target management.</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;
