    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">The Used Cars Assistant will report directly to the Used Cars Manager at Cerritos VW<br><br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Duties:</span></span><br><br>- Responsible for maintaining and updating used cars inventory in the dealership&#39;s systems and databases<br>- Package required documents to correctly process new inventory<br>- Assist with moving inventory on the lot to ensure vehicles are correctly parked in designated areas<br>- Generate various reports from the dealership&#39;s systems and databases<br>- Performs other duties as assigned<br><br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Skills and Qualifications:</span></span><br><br>- Prior auto dealership experience highly preferred<br>- Minimum one year of office administration experience preferred<br>- Excellent interpersonal and both verbal and written communications<br>- Ability to understand, and execute written and verbal instructions<br>- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)<br>- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills<br>- Ability to multi-task<br>- Able to work with minimum supervision<br>- Able to maintain a professional appearance<br><br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Benefits:<br><br></span></span>- Eligibility for Medical and Dental insurance, 401(k) program after introductory period<br>- Employee Referral Reward program<br>- Company-sponsored term life insurance<br>- Company-sponsored employee assistance program<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><br></span></span><br><br></span></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
