You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the job site, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency while maintaining clear communication with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the project management team.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This role requires a motivated individual with exceptional organizational and leadership skills who is committed to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Project Mastery:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Review and understand the complete project scope, including plans, specifications, and quality standards of Ag Pro Construction and the client.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure all aspects of the project are executed to the highest quality and in compliance with agreed-upon standards.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Job-Site Branding:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Display the company sign on-site with maximum visibility and maintain its condition throughout the project.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Documentation &amp; Scheduling:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Complete daily logs until project completion.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Keep the project schedule online and updated at all times, with a weekly review finalized every Friday.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Subcontractor Coordination:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Meet with subcontractors before they start work to review their scope, timeframes, and material needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure subcontractors comply with drawings, specifications, and contract terms.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Material &amp; Workforce Management:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Confirm materials and subcontractor schedules the day before and ensure they are on-site and ready.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitor long-lead time items and ensure materials are ordered in advance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Allocate the right workers and subcontractors to the correct tasks at the right time.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Site Leadership:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Walk the job site daily to ensure safety, progress, and compliance with project plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead by example with a positive attitude and take full responsibility for project outcomes.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
