The Training covers many topics such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods of teaching, Professional Crisis Management (PCM), CPR, and much more!! <strong>The Training is mandatory</strong> before you can start working in Program.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Our group homes and supervised apartments are</strong> <strong>located in Mercer and Middlesex Counties.</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n\t<li>Our Residential Program offers a variety of Full-Time and Part-Time schedules including Weekend Day, Awake Overnights; “3-day-on / 3-day-off” rotating schedules, and more!  Our Hiring Managers will review available schedules upon interview.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>Please note: Positions change periodically. Hours will be discussed.</p>\n\n<p> </p>\n\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n\n<p><strong>As a DSP for Eden, your primary responsibilities will include:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Ensuring the safety of those we support at all times.</li>\n\t<li>Teaching individuals we support basic life skills, such as cooking, laundry and cleaning, and personal hygiene.
