Proven ability to be creative and very flexible in a fast paced working environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously. Experience in developing, executing, and evaluating new programs. Ability to evaluate data to identify trends and foresee programmatic implications. Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business dictates. Must be available and willing to work nights, weekend, and holidays as required to meet business needs.
