The work takes place in advanced manufacturing and power generation facilities throughout the US. This position is also occasionally responsible for assistance in some hydro-blasting scopes.</p><p><br></p><p>Hydro-blast/Vacuum Technician Level 2 are required to travel, sometimes for long periods, to perform this work.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>· Adhere to the Atlas Core Values: Safety, Strong Work Ethic, Professionalism, and Honesty</p><p>· Cooperate with Team Leader, coworkers, and customers in carrying out assigned work</p><p>· Safely perform general labor as required, to include but not limited to shoveling, raking, using pickaxe, using hand and/or power</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;tools, carrying buckets, picking up trash, and wiping surfaces&nbsp;</p><p>· Understand and use proper personal protective equipment for industrial vacuum and hydro-blast jobs</p><p>· Identify and properly use vacuum truck equipment and components</p><p>· Properly setup or assist in setting up vacuum projects</p><p>· Perform vacuum operations using flex hose and hard pipe</p><p>· Use best safety practices relative to industrial vacuum work&nbsp;</p><p>· Operate Safety-T during vacuum operations</p><p>· Identify and appropriately use hydro-blasting equipment and components</p><p>· Properly setup or assist in setting up hydro-blasting projects</p><p>· Identify and properly rig anti-withdrawal devices</p><p>· Use best safety practices relative to hydro-blasting</p><p>· Perform shot gunning, lancing, and line moleing for standard and ultra-high pressure job scopes&nbsp;</p><p>· Work in confined spaces as required by project</p><p>· Work from heights greater than four feet wearing fall protection PPE as required by project</p><p>· Follow proper lock out/tag out procedure</p><p>· Be clean shaven as required by project</p><p>· Wear respiratory protection as required by project</p><p>· Assist with the implementation of worksite protection, by means of barricades, warning signs or cones</p><p>· Take action to replace PPE when it becomes damaged</p><p>· Take action to ensure proper housekeeping on jobsites</p><p>· Take action to remove any unauthorized personnel who enter a danger area</p><p>· Confirm that any personnel entering the barricade area shall wear the required PPE</p><p>· Stop work if equipment is improperly setup, missing components, or damaged/malfunctioning</p><p>· Stop work if there is a change in conditions that affect safety, if any existing hazard is ignored, or any new hazard is introduced</p><p>· Review JSA and provide input on identifying hazards and controls</p><p>· Follow all safe work habits in accordance with Company rules, OSHA regulations, and customer requirements</p><p>· Immediately report any unsafe conditions to Atlas Team Leader or customer supervision</p>",
