    "description_html": "<p>A Carter Lumber Field Install Manager is responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and remodeling  performed by our team of Installers, including both employees and subcontractors. Knowledge of building materials, local building codes and proper installation techniques will be vital in this position’s success as well as, a strong commitment to customer service. A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company are necessary to this position.</p><p><u><strong>Requirements to be Considered for the Position:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Previous project management or on site experience in a building materials/construction environment</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction methods and process improvements</li><li>Ability to solve problems by using strong judgment in analyzing, troubleshooting and evaluating the problem</li><li>Possess strong math skills</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to analyze and provide recommendations to solve problems</li></ul><p><u><strong>Responsibilities of the Position:</strong></u></p><p><em>Project Management: </em></p><ul><li>Schedule and coordinate installations. </li><li>Analyzes job site with subcontractor prior to beginning of a job.   </li><li>Interprets plan to ensure that quality installation can be completed.</li><li>Oversees subcontractors work, ensuring schedules are kept and jobs are completed timely according to contract.</li><li>Provides status of projects and works through issues with the team.</li></ul><p><em>Estimating:     </em></p><ul><li>Estimates material take-off for project.</li><li>Ensures materials are ordered and available for timely project completion.</li></ul><p><em>Knowledge & Training:</em></p><ul><li>Ability to direct installers/contractors effectively to ensure the guidelines and requirements are being met per regulatory agencies.</li><li>Ensure Installers/contractors have the training needed.</li></ul><p><em>Safety: </em></p><ul><li>Ensures Installers/contractors are performing their job in a safe manner and that OSHA regulations are being followed.</li><li>Directs and facilitates best practices to ensure safety standards are being met by conducting self-inspections.</li></ul><p><b><u>Benefits (full-time employees)</u></b> </p><ul><li>Health, Dental, Vision (Single and Family Plans) available after 30 days of employment </li><li>Short and Long-Term Disability </li><li>Company-paid life insurance and AD&D </li><li>Optional supplemental life insurance </li><li>Company-match 401(k) </li><li>Vacation time and paid holidays </li><li>Vendor incentives </li><li>Room for growth; we promote from within!</li><li>Military encouraged to apply!</li></ul>",
