In partnership with local law enforcement and CommCARE, our team responds to calls from the national and local crisis lines or law enforcement contacts. We meet individuals where they are&mdash;both physically and emotionally&mdash;to deliver immediate intervention, connect them to ongoing resources, and help reduce unnecessary emergency room visits and incarcerations. This fast-paced, community-based program is built on collaboration, compassion, and timely care.</p>\n\n<p><strong><em>Check out more of what it means to be a part of our Co-Responder team below: </em></strong></p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VJKrQwL7AEU\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color:#1155cc\">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VJKrQwL7AEU</span></a></p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><span style=\"display:block; font-size:16px\"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Provide direct supervision and development of assigned department staff, as well as attend quarterly supervisor meetings.</li>\n\t<li>Deliver regular shadowing and coaching to direct reports to foster team development and skill enhancement.</li>\n\t<li>Respond to crisis calls for service in collaboration with first responders and provide effective on-scene support when coverage is required.</li>\n\t<li>Effectively collaborate and cooperate with both internal and external services to ensure that the services provided are <span style=\"color:#222222\">of the highest quality, accessible in a timely fashion, and produce positive outcomes for those we serve. </span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"color:#222222\">Review clinical documentation to ensure quality and timeliness, including coaching to ensure data fidelity.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"color:#222222\">Assure compliance with standards, regulations, and laws and works with other leadership staff to ensure the financial viability of assigned service areas.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"color:#222222\">Provide after-hours clinical on-call support for one week each month, with accompanying incentive pay.</span></li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><span style=\"display:block; font-size:16px\"><strong>Requirements of the Position</strong></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Master&rsquo;s degree in a social science field as defined by the Department of Mental Health that would qualify for licensure in the State of Missouri.</li>\n\t<li>Ability to work a regular schedule of 9:00 am &ndash; 5:30 pm or 10:00 am &ndash; 6:30 pm.</li>\n\t<li>The schedule may require flexibility to accommodate evening staff for training or other support needs.</li>\n\t<li>A valid clinical license in the State of Missouri (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PMHNP) preferred.</li>\n\t<li>A valid automobile driver&rsquo;s license, appropriate automobile insurance, and a safe, reliable, registered automobile available for use during work are required.</li>\n\t<li>Provisional Licenses in the State of Missouri (LMSW, PLPC) required.</li>\n\t<li>Two (2) years of experience in direct service provision in a mental health setting is preferred.</li>\n\t<li>Familiarity with mental illness and substance use disorders.</li>\n\t<li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li>\n\t<li>Comfort with electronic health records and intermediate computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and use of email).</li>\n</ul>\n",
