As a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for masterfully and efficiently picking orders for your guests, and over time, building relationships with guests so you can understand their needs and preferences. This position will give you an opportunity to be directly involved in the company’s fastest-growing sales channel and you will get hands-on experience in the areas of eCommerce, logistics, information technology, customer service, and grocery retail. You will also support creative marketing and outreach programs that help achieve eCommerce goals for your store. The ideal candidate is naturally outgoing and energetic, and is capable of having positive and genuine interactions with Lowes Foods guests.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pay starts at $15 / hour</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>All Hosts will earn an additional $1.00/hour premium for all hours worked from 5/10/26 to 9/5/26!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>1. Pick guests’ orders based on operational guidelines and best practices</p>\n<p>2. Interact with guests in a genuine, fun, and interactive manner</p>\n<p>3. Work efficiently and purposefully when picking, staging, and carrying out orders</p>\n<p>4. Properly greet and review orders with guests</p>\n<p>5. Effectively and safely handle, bagging, and loading of orders</p>\n<p>6. Record any variances on guest pick list</p>\n<p>7. Maintain appropriate records applicable to position and LFTG and transmit data as scheduled</p>\n<p>8. Perform basic maintenance on hardware and software</p>\n<p>9. Maintain LFTG station including all equipment</p>\n<p>10. Communicate any service issues with support resources and store management</p>\n<p>11. Conduct in-store promotion of program</p>\n<p>12. Periodically assist and/or conduct marketing within the community</p>\n<p>13. Provide in-store guest service as needed. (bagging, help locating product, cleaning)</p>\n<p>14. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times</p>\n<p>15. All other duties assigned by management</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>1. Friendly, energetic, genuine, and outgoing personality</p>\n<p>2. Strong people skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and concisely</p>\n<p>3. Ability to work well with others, especially those with differing personalities and viewpoints</p>\n<p>4. Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally</p>\n<p>5. Ability to read and understand information and take direction</p>\n<p>6. Ability to walk, bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time</p>\n<p>7. Ability to effectively communicate with, and take direction from supervision</p>\n<p>8. Ability to work well with (or learn how work well with) computers, handheld Android/iOS devices and Basic Microsoft Office skills</p>\n<p>9.
